Shipping and Return

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.

We can ship products virtually anywhere in the United States or internationally using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your destination.

Our products are made-to-order and will typically ship out in 2-3 business days. Handling and processing for orders placed on/near weekend and/or public holidays may be postponed and will be continued the following business day.

U.S. orders will be shipped within United States. International orders will be shipped overseas depending on choice of delivery method, location, and/or item availability. We work with local team of manufacturers and shipping partners to get your order delivered as quickly as possible.

Make sure you enter your shipping address correctly as once your order has been confirmed and the product is dispatched, we cannot alter the address and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate for reshipment.

We recommend customers to fill out phone numbers on shipping address. Phone numbers will be used for delivery purposes only. We promise we will never share, sell, lease, trade, or using phone numbers for marketing purposes.

Please also note that delivery times are estimate and may not be the actual delivery standard experienced. It may also require extra transit time because of unforeseen delays.

Estimated delivery time applies only to the major cities or office of mail exchange. Please allow more time for destinations beyond that. Packages may subjected to customs inspection and clearance. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence unless previously agreed by us in writing.

Collections and deliveries are not made on bank holidays and/or weekends. Please allow additional time if ordering on or near public holidays or during sale periods.

For International shipments

For orders outside of the USA, delivery time may vary depending on your delivery area. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery, although most orders arrive sooner. If your order has not arrived after 4-6 weeks, please check with your local post office or customs to see if any packages are being held for you there.

Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are determined by the quantity and/or weight of your order and shipping method selected, including sales tax (if applicable). Our charge for shipment may not represent the actual cost paid by us to our courier.

For International shipments

Please be aware that our shippers may charge a customs handling fee, and that your country's customs office will probably charge separate import fees and taxes. These may come as a bill arriving a week or more after you receive your package. For all shipping methods there may also be fees charged by other organizations working with your country's post office. You are responsible for paying these fees.

Return & Refund

If you are dissatisfied with your order, please email us within 72 hours of receipt. We will provide you with two options: exchange/replacement or refund. This applies only to incorrect and/or faulty item(s) upon receipt as a result of our error. We do not exchange products due to a change of mind, and any exchange requests of item that was mistakenly chosen by purchaser will be not accepted.

Please provide some helpful information including a photo of the item and order number. Once the claim is received and inspected, we will notify you of further arrangement. Item replacement for defective item will be arranged at no cost. Return is generally not required. If you opt for refund option, money will be refunded in the full amount of item prices in the same form as the original payment type.

We cannot guarantee reshipment for lost item due to incorrect address or contact information provided by purchaser. We strongly encourage you to carefully check your order details and shipping address on your cart before making any payment.

In the event that your package is returned to us due to incorrect address or other reason, we will attempt to contact you to arrange a reshipment of the package before putting the order on hold and awaiting your response.

Cancellations

By using our service you agree that you are fully aware of and committed to all actions and transactions you carry out through our site. Therefore, any cancellation request of order and transaction that have been processed and/or fulfilled will be rejected.
